12 Week Temporary to Permanent Trial
We can place a candidate in your business on a twelve week contract.
This means you do not have to commit to employing permanently nor do you have the responsibility if the candidate simply does not fit into your business.
However, once this 12 week contract is complete you can take on the candidate free of charge permanently should you wish. Clients often appear sceptical of this, especially new and small businesses.
“Why do you not charge a finder’s fee after the 12 week period?”
The reason for this is simple. We care about our people and want to give candidates the opportunity to be employees without scaring away our clients by charging vast amounts of money.
Permanent Placement Fee
Most recruitment agencies will be more than happy to find a suitable candidate that will fit your business. This usually results in a several stage process from advertising, interviewing, background checking and any paperwork/inductions.
Whilst a lot of companies are happy to receive this service, it is not necessarily suitable for all sizes of business.
